Running culture has a problem. It's obsessed with PRs, pace groups, and podium finishes and somewhere along the way, it forgot about the other 99% of us.

We didn't

PaceYourself was built for the back-of-the-packers, the jog-walk warriors, the runners who stop for dogs mid-race and have absolutely no regrets about it. We're for the ones who run to clear their heads, survive their to-do lists, or simply prove to themselves that they can. We believe every mile matters, not every minute.

We use humor and self-deprecating sarcasm to say what the serious running brands won't: running is hard, you're probably slow, and that is completely fine. Our apparel isn't about aspirational lifestyle shots or impossible finish times. It's a badge of honor for people who refuse to take themselves too seriously and a reminder that the only competition that matters is the version of you that stayed on the couch.

PaceYourself is a US-based company. We print our t-shirts right here in the USA, like all american companies should.

Every shirt is printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, the design goes directly into the fabric with specialized textile inks for soft, vibrant colors.

Unlike thick vinyl or screen prints, DTG feels lightweight and breathable because the ink becomes part of the shirt. So it moves with you and holds up wash after wash, mile after mile.

Our shirts fit true to size with a relaxed unisex cut. If you're between sizes or want a slimmer fit, size down. Every product page has a full size chart to help, check it before you order and you'll nail the fit.
